The Hikvision DS-2CD2086G2-IU/SL is a 8MP outdoor AcuSense Gen 2 mini bullet camera. Empowered by deep learning algorithms, Hikvision's AcuSense technology can distinguish people and vehicles from other moving objects, such as falling leaves or small animals. While originally created with the purpose of preventing false alarms, AcuSense technology offers users several other key benefits such as advanced analytics, active deterrence and timely alerts. The most paramount feature with AcuSense Gen 2 cameras is the analytic alert which will generate alarm events that are searchable when reviewing recorded footage for specific incidents. This saves many man hours of wasted time reviewing irrelevant video trying to identify an event, saving the end customer time and money. The inclusion of two-way audio allows customisable warnings to be played when an event takes place or automatically trigger the built-in alarm siren and strobe light.

Delivery Policy
- DIY Security Cameras deliver products Australia wide using a variety of courier companies for a flat fee.
- Deliveries to Northern Territory may incur additional delivery charges. Please contact us for a quote.
- Please advise us if you would like your delivery signed for. In cases where the nominated purchaser is not available at the time of delivery at the location, then products will need to be collected from the designated place as determined by the courier company.
- We do not deliver to PO Boxes.
- We cannot leave your delivery at the front door.
- Orders are dispatched within 3 business days and shipping times are estimated at between 3-5 business days depending on your location within Australia.
- Please note that delivery times maybe extended over the Public Holiday periods.
- All special orders and in some cases if the product is not available at our distributor and needs to be specially ordered from the manufacturer, product delivery time can take up to 4-5 weeks.

three (3) year back-to base manufacturer warranty. (Note disk drives limited to 1 one year)
Our warranty is limited to the replacement of faulty goods and does not include damage due to incorrect fitting of parts or accessories.

Provided your older NVR is running the latest recommended GUI3 firmware there should be no problems as the NVR will treat the AcuSense/ColorVu camera as a standard camera, however the AcuSense/ColorVu camera functions will need to be configured directly from the cameras web interface.
